Fees
Costs for long-term assignments and pre-booked freelance Event or Project Management work will be negotiated and invoiced individually at rates agreed in advance between Liberty Events and the client.
The 'WorkSmart' administrative service offered by Liberty Events is quick and easy to access. Simply complete the enquiry form and we will contact you discuss your requirements. Once your company is registered you simply purchase blocks of time as required from the 'Time Bank'. Any authorized user can requisition work. This work may be carried out remotely or, by prior arrangement, at your own office, whichever is more convenient to you. Company information remains totally confidential between the member company and Liberty Events at all times.
'Time Bank' leaves you in complete control of your expenditure. You simply estimate how much time you require and purchase blocks of hours in advance at the following rates:

| 40 hours | £800 | £20 / hour |
It is strongly recommended that your requirements are pre-booked with Liberty Events to ensure that we are able to meet your timelines. It should be noted that pre-booked work will always take priority. The time you use is carefully monitored on a spreadsheet and you will be notified when your 'Time Bank' is running low, at which time you will be given the option to top-up as necessary. Unused hours remain banked for future use.
Any additional costs will be invoiced to you by Liberty Events at regular intervals. These costs will always be pre-agreed and may, for example, include fuel or other travel expenses relating to specific travel requirements undertaken on behalf of your company or sundry items such as specialist stationary purchased on behalf of and by prior agreement with your company.
Unless by prior arrangement, work will generally be carried out between the hours of 0900 - 1800, Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. At Liberty Events our priority is to ensure that we provide you with bespoke and quality service at a value for money price.
